Online subscription payments

This online payment system is provided by the J.P. Nagar Cultural Association. The association may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for the J.P. Nagar Cultural Association is India. Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms.

Conditions of payment

• All subscriptions quoted are in Indian Rupees.
• JPNCA reserves the right to change the subscriptions at any time.
• Your payment will normally reach the club account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct club account due to incorrect account details quoted by you.
• We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the card supplier for any reason.
• You should check with your bank or card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

Refund policy

If a member leaves the J.P. Nagar Cultural Association before completing their membership validity, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of subscription and related payments. Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of the association.

Privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to all subscriptions and related payments offered by the club. We may post specific privacy notices or help materials to explain in more detail. The J.P. Nagar Cultural Association reserves the entire right to modify, amend or remove this privacy statement at any time and without reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract between JPNCA and any user visiting the website or providing identifying information of any kind.

Terms of payment

• Payment gateway charges, GST and other taxes are borne by the J.P. Nagar Cultural Association.
• In respect of any failed transactions processed through this service, transaction failure charges payable, if any, to the participating banks apply.
